While many RV rental companies surprise their customers with unexpected fees, all our units include a Customer Friendly Pricing Package.
When shopping for a motorhome rental, it's important to understand that most rental companies charge for many additional fees such as "prep kits" and propane charges not included in their base rental prices. But at Quest RV Rental, we prefer for our customers to have no surprises, so we offer a host of complementary services and features as part of our Customer Friendly Pricing Package.
So what does that really mean when you're comparing prices? Simply, when you add in all the fees that other companies charge, we're often very competitive in price, or less expensive - and we offer coaches with amenities not available from most of the other rental companies.
Additionally, at Quest RV Rental, you can reserve a specific unit that you select from our website based on your needs and preferences. Most of the other rental companies only show you a "comparable" unit, so you do not know the exact floorplan, amenities, year model or decor of the actual unit you will receive.

Mileage Charges
- Off Season - September 15th through April 1st - 150 miles per day FREE
- Peak Season - April 2nd through September 14th - 100 miles per day FREE
- Additional mileage is charged at $0.39/mile up to an average of 250/day and $0.55/mile for the average daily miles above 250.
Additional Pricing Information
- All rental rates remain the same regardless of season.
- Prices do not include Texas state rental tax of 10%
- Minimum driver age of 25
- NO PROPANE CHARGE, additional propane is responsibility of renter.
- NO CLEANING FEE, the unit must be returned in the same condition as received.
- GENERATOR USAGE, five hours free per day and $2.50 per hour overage.
- 1 Week minimum rental during Texas Motor Speedway/NASCAR weekends.
- NO REFUND FOR BRINGING YOUR UNIT BACK EARLY.
- NO REFUND ON RESERVATION DEPOSITS.
- Nationwide Delivery is available. Call for pricing.
- Limo service from DFW or Love Field Airports also available (for an additional fee).
- Drivers are available. Call for details.
- All reservations made within thirty days of departure will be due in full and are non-refundable.
- All check-ins, check-outs, and showings are done by appointment only. Our normal business hours are from Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday by appointment, unless other arrangements are made.
